Presentation basics
Thinkfree Office Show enables you to visualize your idea using a web browser. Regardless of PC environment, you can view and edit your presentation using a web browser whenever and wherever you are. You can also co-edit your presentation in real-time with others to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Undo
You can revert back from completed actions in the process of document editing by canceling the previous command, deleting typed content, or retrieving deleted content.
- Type text in the document on the edit screen or edit the document.
- Do one of the following.
- Click the Undo icon in the toolbar.
- Click Edit-Undo.
Note
This feature is useful when you wish to undo your mistake or when you wish to reverse the document to its previous state. If there are no more actions to be undone, the Undo menu will be disabled.
Redo
You can redo commands or actions canceled by clicking Undo.
- Type text in the document on the edit screen or edit the document.
- Do one of the following.
- Click the Redo icon on the toolbar.
- Click Edit-Redo.
Note
When you undo one or more actions and then edit other contents of the document, the Redo feature is disabled so that you cannot redo the action which has been previously canceled.
Cut
Cuts the selected content, moves it to the clipboard, and then inserts it into the desired location.
This feature is useful when you want to move content, such as text, table, picture, form field, to another location.
To cut a selection:
- Select the content you wish to cut.
- Press Ctrl+X.
Copy
Copies the selected content to the clipboard, and then inserts it to the desired location. If you click Copy, in contrast to the Cut feature, the selected content remains and is saved in the clipboard.
This feature is useful when you need to use the same content, such as text, table, picture, drawing object, text box, in several locations.
To copy a selection:
- Select the content you wish to copy.
- Press Ctrl+C.
Paste
Pastes the cut or copied content stored in the clipboard to the desired location.
To paste the content which is copied or cut:
- Click the location where you want to paste the content which is copied or cut.
- Press Ctrl+V.
Select All
Select all objects on the current slide.
To select all objects on the current slide:
- Select a slide and click Edit-Select All.
- All objects on the current slide are selected.
- To deselect, press <Esc>.
You can also select all objects on the slide by pressing CTRL+A.
