How often will my content be saved automatically to my WorkDocs storage?
As long as you are connected to the internet, your document content will be saved automatically to your WorkDocs storage at the set time intervals shown below.

Do I need to be connected online to use Thinkfree Office?
Yes, you will need to be connected to the internet to open and edit documents.
What happens to my document if my browser crashes?
While you are online, your content is being autosaved continuously at set intervals (every 30 seconds for Word, every 120 seconds for Cell and every 60 seconds for Show). You can resume editing once you reload the document again.
Is there any way to restore my document if my computer or browser crashes?

Can I use Thinkfree Office on my mobile browser?
Due to inherent limitations of mobile browsers, Thinkfree Office isn’t supported.
How long will it be before my editor times out due to inactivity?
If there is no active edit for 2 hours after opening a document in Thinkfree Office, then the edit session will timeout and you will need to refresh the page to continue editing again.
